## Short description

An interactive maintenance dashboard prototype covering inspections, work orders, equipment records and spare-parts views. HTML, CSS and JavaScript implement the interface with browser-local data. The reviewed source passed JavaScript syntax checks; the portfolio includes a historical screenshot. Production authentication, shared databases, real AI inference and enterprise integrations are not connected.

## Client problem

A maintenance workflow spans issue reporting, review, work orders and inventory. A clickable prototype helps a team discuss that flow before committing to a backend implementation.

## Implementation

The source includes demo identities, role-dependent frontend views, inspection checklists, work-order actions, equipment records, spare-parts screens and partial language preferences. Data is stored in localStorage; the demo session uses sessionStorage.

## Evidence

- Source files and handoff documentation were inspected.
- app.js and preferences.js passed Node syntax checks.
- The included desktop image is an existing local screenshot from an earlier project handoff, not a newly captured test result.
- The full workflow was not rerun in this portfolio review.

## Appropriate small engagement

Build or refine a dashboard screen, an inspection form, a work-order list, or a responsive workflow prototype using agreed sample data. A backend and AI integration should be separate scoped milestones.

## Scope and limitations

This is a frontend demonstration. Role-based UI does not establish server-side access control. AI labels, confidence values and connector counters visible in the historical screenshot are prototype states, not verified model outputs or live integration health. There is no production authentication, shared database, connected vision model, or verified MES/ERP/Feishu business integration. Existing image sources require separate rights review before commercial distribution; this portfolio includes only the reviewed dashboard screenshot.
